Images of the Past

Please email licensing@imagesofthepast.co.uk with all requests for licensing the re-use of material from this collection. For each image involved, please quote the embedded "I-" number and the caption displayed on the web site.

For commercial use of images, please include full details of the proposed publication or product:

• For books, magazines, journals etc, please include details of the publication, print-run, markets, etc. for which clearance is required (e.g. half-page non-cover reproduction in a UK local history book with print run of 2,000, or cover for novel with worldwide right required).
• For broadcast, e.g. TV, film, etc., please give details of the programme, number of showings, markets, period of clearance, etc.
• For other uses, e.g. giftware, please give details of item, production run, markets, and recommended retail selling price.

Please also indication your preferred medium for receiving high-resolution images (e.g JPEG/TIFF files via email or CD, hard-copy, etc.)

I will then quote a charge for your proposed usage.
